My favorite, low calorie, smoothie recipe!

Fruit Smoothie:
Ingredients: 
 1c. of baby spinach
 1/2c. frozen diced peaches
 1/4c. frozen blueberries
 1/3c. frozen sliced strawberries
 When putting the ingredients into the blender cup make
sure to to put spinach so that it is the last to be blended.
Also make sure to cover the fruit and spinach with enough liquid to
 make sure you don't burn out your blender.
 I use coconut milk, with vanilla; it adds a lot to the
smoothie without the extra calories. 
La la la blending......
Ta da! It looks a light brown and not extremely appetizing,
but I promise it is very tasty!

Along with the smoothie I eat 2 boiled eggs to make sure that I am getting enough protein. If you don't especially like eggs, I would try either adding a protein powder to the smoothie or maybe even eating bacon. Even though bacon isn't the healthiest option it will provide some protein, it is super tasty, and your getting enough healthy in that smoothie.
